Using cutting edge technology from VMware our Offsite Disaster Recovery allows you or your authorized IT representative to access your data from any authenticated computer. Regardless of your platform, with a virtualized system your files and program software are preserved in our offsite high security environment.

Product Offering Outline

Basic DR Package

• Virtual snapshot of servers — one time (not to be used for restoration of a physical machine)
• Initial virtual server validation
• Data backup — incremental — customer managed
• Temporary use of up to 8 office workstations at our facility if disaster strikes

DR Options

• Capability to restore a physical server from snapshot (requires Acronis S/W)
• Virtual snapshot of mission critical or typical desktops with applications, Virtual Desktops
• Backup and restore validation (reduces time to recover)
• Scheduled or “by request” server/desktop snapshot updates
• Discounts to current VMWare users
• Technical Consulting
• VPN connection to the network in the Data Center
